The Brisbane Bay area comprises of several smaller areas which lay in close proximation to each other, and if you prefer a quieter lifestyle than the city life, one of these areas may be just ideal for you and/or your family.

At present, property values can still be very reasonable in both the rural or residential areas, but there are signs of development moving into the area which once completed will have a major effect on the local property market.

Around these bay areas, the pros and cons that people mention are all the same, so it could be an area which is worth considering and taking advantage of now before the boom arrives.

Deception Bay is one specific area which could see potential growth within the near future, it is only 15 minutes from North Lakes which already has IKEA, Woolies, and many other major names. It will only be a matter of time before developers decide there is potential and spread to the next area.
